| Bulk Purchasing FAQs How will the merchandise be delivered and what are the costs? All items are delivered via US Postal Service and usually require no additional delivery costs. International purchases are assessed additional shipping fees. What is the minimum and can I buy in smaller quantities? All items must be purchased in lots of 10. Sample lots consisting of 1 product category are available. How soon before my items ship? All items are customized-to-order, therefore timeframes vary depending on the items and amount ordered. May I order 1 or 2 items for customers who require custom items? Any items ordered under the minimum 10 quantity are charged normal retail rates. |
| All payments are made before work is completed. If we are supplying the completed product, all monies must be received prior to us beginning work. If you send us products to be customized, we charge you when we receive the product or you may send a company check or money order along with your products. |
| We accept online payments via major credit card only, billing address must match card and shipments are made to the billing address only, no exceptions. Checks and money orders may be sent in and shipment is made to any address desired. Checks require a 10-business day hold clearance. International bulk orders may use Western Union or International Postal Order only. No C.O.D. payments. Credit may established after 6 months of recurring orders in good standing. |
